His output led all Packers receivers for the game. Quarterback Jordan Love completed 16 of 22 passes for 188 yards and two first-half touchdowns, building a 17–3 lead at halftime. Running back Josh Jacobs added a three-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter to seal the win.
On defense, Micah Parsons made his Packers debut and recorded a sack late in the fourth quarter. The pass rush disrupted the Lions’ offense throughout. Green Bay’s defense also generated an interception and helped set up a scoring drive with a key punt return.
The Packers now prepare for a quick turnaround as they face the Washington Commanders on Thursday night.
