Gridiron Experts would like to say we saw this one coming, but Mendenhall has never showed us anything worth getting excited about. It’s safe to say that the 23rd overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft was a solid investment.

The Steelers running back rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns and had 2 catches for 26 yards.

After this very impressive performance the carries will probably be split between the two Steeler running backs. If Parker is out another week with turf toe Mendenhall could be the hot new fantasy RB with Pittsburgh seeing the Lions and Browns in the next two weeks.
