  • Carson Palmer – QB, Cincinnati Bengals
    According to SI’s Tony Pauline, “word” at the Senior Bowl is the Seahawks may enter the bidding for Carson Palmer. Fantasy Factor: This has to be a rumor. Hasselbeck fills the veteran leader at quaterback, adding Palmer just makes a crowd.NFL Network’s Mike Lombardi predicts that the 49ers will “at least make a phone call” to the Bengals about Carson Palmer.
  • Tyson Jackson – DE, Kansas City Chiefs
    Appearing on the NFL Network set at the Senior Bowl, Chiefs GM Scott Pioli said he believes former No. 3 overall pick Tyson Jackson has “fit in well” with Kansas City through two seasons. Fantasy Factor: Jackson started only 3 games this season and has never had more than 40 tackles in his 2 NFL Seasons. He has also only registered one sack while playing for the Chiefs.
  • Chad Ochocinco – WR, Cincinnati Bengals
    Bengals coach Marvin Lewis took another shot at Chad Ochocinco at the Senior Bowl Monday when asked about Ocho’s alleged desire to play for the Patriots. Fantasy Factor: 85 may talk his way out of Cincinnati, but that doesn’t mean any other team wants to deal with him.
  • Pierre Thomas – RB, New Orleans Saints
    Saints coach Sean Payton revealed Monday that free agent Pierre Thomas recently underwent surgery on his left ankle.
  • Braylon Edwards – WR, New York Jets
    Coach Rex Ryan admitted Monday that he “doesn’t know if it’s feasible” for the Jets to re-sign both of their free agent wide receivers.
  • Chad Clifton – T, Green Bay Packers
    Following Sunday’s win over the Bears, Packers LT Chad Clifton (stinger) admitted he was still really sore.
  • Maurkice Pouncey – C, Pittsburgh Steelers
    Steelers C Maurkice Pouncey (high ankle sprain) said that plans on playing in Super Bowl XLV.’
  • LaDainian Tomlinson – RB, New York Jets
    Following Sunday’s loss to the Steelers, LaDainian Tomlinson said he hopes he can honor the final year of his contract.
