Mangini Goes From Green To Brown

Mangini Goes From Green To Brown
The Cleveland Browns hired Eric Mangini as their new head coach on Wednesday. Mangini replaces Romeo Crennel, who was also recently fired after the regular season ended. After failing to turn Cleveland around and spending four seasons going 25-40, the Browns felt it was time for a chance, the funny thing is what they got is a lot like what they let go.
Romeo Crennel was a Defensive Coordinator from New England, he came to the Browns in 2005. When he left, the Patriots promoted Eric Mangini to Defensive Coordinator. Mangini then took a head coaching job for two seasons with the New York Jets, only to be fired and now replace Crennel as Head Coach of the Browns. As it seems Mangini is Crennel’s shadow, keep an eye out for where he goes next Mangini, I’m sure he’ll keep the ass groove nice and warm for you.
