The Lingerie Bowl has been a half time must-see show for the last couple Super Bowls. But this year, the people of Tampa Bay have done everything possible to end the new tradition. After canceling the game of scantily clad women in shoulder pads, a local nudist resort in Pasco County has stepped in and saved the day. Although the game has now been moved to Saturday instead of half time of the Super Bowl, this last minute off and on again reschedule between the Tampa Breeze and the Miami Caliente could be the first step towards becoming a real league. Don’t laugh, because if you haven’t heard the LFL (Lingerie Football League) now has 10 teams and is starting a real league. The LFL will kick off their season on Friday nights during the ’09 NFL season.
