NFL News According to The Arizona Republic’s Kent Somers, the Arizona Cardinals will be targeting a young quarterback they see as a potential starter for the next decade. The Baltimore Ravens are “keeping their fingers crossed” that a new collective bargaining agreement won’t alter  the current NFL rules for free agency.
