DeAngelo Williams remains a Carolina Panther Earlier this off-season, free-agent running back Carolina stated that his wish was to stay in Carolina and remain a part of the rebuilding Panthers. Williams got his wish Wednesday as he signed a five year $43 million dollar deal with the club. There was wide spread speculation that Williams would follow John Fox to Denver a form a running back by committee with Knowshon Moreno.
